Welcome to MMD Store Pakistan. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable store policies, subject to your legal rights.

1. General Conditions

Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. We may investigate suspected fraudulent activity and decline or cancel orders where there is a legitimate reason and applicable law permits it.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, and prices.

Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. Customers should review product descriptions and size guides before ordering.

Material discrepancies between the advertised product and the product supplied will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our store policies.

3. Prices and Offers

Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges are payable by the customer and will be disclosed at checkout or before order confirmation.

Prices, promotional offers, and stock availability may change. Changes will not retrospectively alter an accepted order except where correction or cancellation is permitted by applicable law.

4. Orders and Confirmation

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. Orders may be subject to availability and confirmation.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of a stock issue, material pricing error, or another legitimate reason, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

5. Payments

Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, debit or credit card, and supported mobile wallets.

Only methods enabled or offered at checkout are available for a particular order. Prepaid orders may require payment verification before dispatch.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Our estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days, subject to the conditions in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Exchanges and Refunds

Exchanges may be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to eligibility and stock availability.

Refunds are generally available for verified defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, subject to applicable law.

8. Website Use

Customers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or use website content for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, including original photographs, graphics, branding, text, and design elements, belongs to MMD Store Pakistan or its respective rights holders unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party payment providers, courier companies, analytics services, and other service providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MMD Store Pakistan is not responsible for indirect losses arising from temporary website interruptions or third-party service disruptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Consumer complaints and disputes will be handled through the competent authorities or forums under applicable law.
